Class Two had a fantastic visit to the Masjid E Noor Mosque in Gloucester and Gloucester Cathedral today.

We have been learning  about Christianity and Islam over the year so it was wonderful to see these two beautiful places of worship in real life!

At the Mosque, we had a very interesting talk from the Imam, heard some prayers in Arabic and even got to try on some Muslim clothes and experience how Muslims wash before praying!

In the Cathedral, we looked at some of the features of the building as well as creating some lovely arts and crafts, including candle holders, chalices and stained glass windows.
