Year 6 worked incredibly hard to produce a stimulating and creative learning environment for their Autumn term theme, ‘Jungle Fever’. Look at our fabulous collages depicting the layers of the rainforest; we used a variety of materials to create texture. Our animal skin patches were created by zooming in on a creature, enlarging a section of their skin – these were produced by using a mix of oil and chalk pastels. Our artwork was inspired by the painting, ‘Surprise’ by Henri Rousseau.
