Welcome back to the summer term! Hakuna Matata! It means no worries. Class 5 have enthusiastically begun their new theme “Hakuna Matata” all about the continent of Africa. They have already been finding out about the geography of Africa and discovering some of its 54 countries. The children have taken part in a trail about Kenya and have had a visit from Iain Baird our connection to our link school in Kenya. The children have also chosen their table names based from African landmarks which they researched and produced posters about.

We have lots of exciting learning coming up including trips to Copsegrove Farm and Cotswold Wildlife Park later in the term.
